Up­grade To Ker­nel Ver­sion 3.12 (Un­pub­lished)

The SoCFPGA ker­nel has been up­dat­ed to v3.12. The SoCFPGA ker­nel branch v3.11 has been up­dat­ed for the last time and is now in­ac­tive.

The SoCFPGA ker­nel has been up­dat­ed to v3.12. The SoCFPGA ker­nel branch v3.11 has been up­dat­ed for the last time and is now in­ac­tive.

All the fea­tures from v3.11 have been car­ried over to v3.12. A few bug fix­es have been pro­vid­ed:
