We are pleased to an­nounce the up­grade to the lat­est sta­ble ker­nel v3.16. In ad­di­tion, we are pleased to an­nounce the re­lease of the Cy­clone V RGMII Ex­am­ple De­sign.

This de­sign demon­strates the use of the new RGMII adap­tor IP with LTSI ker­nel v3.10, and pro­vides al­ter­na­tives for cus­tomers lim­it­ed by HPS EMAC that sup­ports MII/GMII to use RGMII in­stead. The de­sign re­quires the use of Quar­tus II ver­sion 14.0.2 & SoC EDS 14.0.1 that is re­cent­ly re­leased.
